Healthy Families In Monash Website - Tuesday, June 09, 2009

The Greater Monash GP Network (GMGPN) has been funded by the Department of Health and Ageing to conduct a project titled Healthy Families in Monash. The objective of the project is to assist parents of primary school age children within the City of Monash to provide a healthy and active lifestyle for their children. An integral part of the project is a website which is to be made available to all parents of primary school aged children in the City of Monash. The website contains tips, recipes, resources, links and recommendations surrounding healthy eating and physical activity. A link to this website has been added to our external links section.

We are plesed to have the Kiwanis Club sposoring the "Terrific Kids' Program. If you would like to find out more about Kiwanis, please visit the website for the Kiwanis Bayside Internet Club’s website. There is a Kiwanis link in our "External Links" section. We are pleased to announce that the recipients of the Terrific Kids Award in Term 1 are Ruby Sunnucks (2C) and Alicia La Greca (2S).
